Within this company’s established Edinburgh office there is a small team of experienced recruiters who now need a Manager/Senior Consultant who can help lead them to further success. You will need to lead by example as this is very much a hands-on billing role where you will run your own desk, ideally on Qualified Perms.
You must have a strong proven track record within the Recruitment industry and a deep understanding of the Edinburgh recruitment market. Your role will not only be to encourage, nurture and further develop the existing consultants but also to lead and encourage effective business development from the branch as a whole.
