 | Our client is a well established multi sector recruitment consultancy specializing, amongst other things, in the Social & Health Care sectors. They are now seeking someone to join the team and play an active part in helping to grow their current success within this sector. They are quite specific in the sort of experience they are wanting from any applicant for this role. You will have either current or very recent experience as a Recruitment Consultant and you will also have a detailed working knowledge of the Social or Health Care sectors. Working closely within a strong team you will be responsible for the full cycle of running a recruitment desk and for placing candidates into roles such as social workers, domiciliary care workers etc. To do this well, you will need to have a deep understanding of the skills set required by your clients. This is a great opportunity both to broaden your recruitment skills with a well established consultancy and to build yourself a position in this niche market sector. | |
