They specialize in recruiting for the renewable energy sectors, i.e. wind, wave and tidal power, all of which lie at the heart of our future energy needs. Based on their first year’s success and on the level of business continuing to be won, they are now keen to grow their team with an able Consultant who is keen to get involved with the rapidly burgeoning Renewable energy sector. If you have experience of recruiting for the renewable sector then this would be ideal but our client is also happy to look at transferrable sectors such as Engineering, Technical, Oil & Gas or White Collar Construction. This company’s clients are based both in the UK and abroad so, if you have fluent Spanish or German then this, while certainly not a pre-requisite, would be a definite advantage. Alongside a proven stable recruitment industry track record and a deep understanding of the full recruitment process, you will also be capable of developing relationships at a senior level with both clients and candidates alike. You will also be keen to embrace business development and win new clients.
