Our client is currently focused on growing their Call Centre division and they are looking for driven, passionate Recruitment Consultants not only to deliver on their Call Centre clients’ recruitment campaigns but also to add value to the ongoing services on offer. These roles are not just about filling jobs, they are about getting involved with the wider recruitment processes including assessment centres, disclosure checks, psychometric testing, salary surveys, web design etc. No one day will be the same as another and you will need to be self-motivated and passionate about making things happen. You don’t need to have direct Call Centre recruitment experience because you will make a success of these roles if you have ambition, determination, a desire to learn, a positive mental attitude, and a clear enjoyment of a fast paced working environment.
