Accountancy Recruitment Consultant Basic Totally Open to Experience + CommsE81
For this very special role it is essential that you have experience of running the full cycle of either a Permanent Accountancy or Temporary Accountancy recruitment desk and ideally, but not essentially, you will also be degree educated.
Our client is PSL driven and although a sales ability is still required to perform this role to its full potential, it is just as important that you can consistently deliver an exemplary service to your clients.
As an expanding, well established independent consultancy, the company prides itself on its professional team working ethos and its ability to build similar working relationships with both candidates and clients alike. They do not work to KPI’s but rely on their Consultants’ own personal drive and professional business-like attitude to ensure that their clients are well served and that the business never stands still.
