 | Our client is an independently owned Healthcare Consultancy with Branches throughout the UK and their Scottish offices have been established for 10-15 years. Focusing on Care Staff and trained Nurses, they are well known in the industry for delivering a high quality of service. Your role will involve not only managing a very small team but also quickly growing this team in line with business need, so both your sales skills and your management abilities are needed here. Ideally you will not only have had a Management role within a Healthcare Agency but also have been actively involved in Sales. This consultancy has an out-of-hours call centre service so that the consultants do not have to answer calls into the wee hours and on-going training will be provided as well as consistent and well focused support from head office. They also have a culture of Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm. This is an ideal role for someone seeking a management position within Healthcare but still keen to exercise their sales skills. | |
