 | Our client is searching for a very particular recruitment consultant with experience of recruiting for the Retail Banking sector. Ideally, but not essentially, you will be both degree educated and have some experience of focusing on a variety of roles within this sector including senior level positions at salaries that start at £45K-£50K. Our client is PSL driven and, although a sales ability is still required to take this desk towards its full potential, it is just as important that you can deliver a consistent, exemplary and reliable service to your clients. As an expanding, well established independent consultancy, the company prides itself on its internal professionalism and team working ethos and its ability to build similar working relationships with both candidates and clients alike.
