 | This role is based in Lanarkshire. Established for more than 13 years as a specialist IT Consultancy, our client is offering the chance for an experienced IT Recruiter to create a real long term career opportunity. Their own clients are based both in the UK and internationally which means that you will not be geographically restricted on building your client base and, as long as you have prior IT Recruitment experience then our client can offer you a flexible, easy going, fun working culture where you will not be heavily targeted or KPI driven. You can even choose whether you wish run a Contract or Perm or dual desk. Indeed the way that you build up your business will be up to you and, while you will get a head start with some existing ‘warm’ clients, this is still a sales role and therefore the world is your oyster as far as business opportunities go. If you are looking for flexible hours then, depending on your circumstances, this may be a possibility and they would even consider a 4 day working week (although their preference is for someone who can work for the full 5 days).
