Oil & Gas Recruitment Researcher
Aberdeen		Basic £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + PerksA281
The pre-requisites for this role are as follows: you will be degree educated, have a real interest in business, a first class telephone manner, an ability to build rapport with senior executives and perhaps most importantly, be persistent and resilient.
Your background should be from the recruitment industry and you will also have an excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical sector. Ideally our client, who is one of the top international executive search firms, is seeking an experienced researcher but they can also provide excellent training for someone coming from outside of executive search.
Your role will be to work closely with the consultants to identify the best executives for your clients. You will be given specific information for an assignment and, using database and other industry sources, you will then be identifying and approaching potential candidates in order to gauge their interest.
This is not a sales role and you will not be targeted to win new business. However, strong administration and database skills are essential and you will receive excellent remuneration, support, training and the chance to develop your career with one of the best executive search firms.
