 | Our client is the premier agency for the Driving sector of recruitment and, having been established for many years, the company finds itself now needing to expand its specialist Driving division. They are therefore urgently seeking an experienced consultant in this field. You will be highly familiar with the full recruitment cycle for this sector but most importantly our client is seeking someone who can build an excellent relationship with the drivers and who has a sound knowledge of what both they and their clients actually need. This recruitment sector is all about knowing your candidates well and building the sort of rapport with them that ensures they stick with you and don’t disappear off to another agency. Because clients are already well established, this is not a heavily sales focused role but is more of a servicing one and you will spend your time keeping in regular contact both with the drivers themselves and of course with your clients too. Their needs, as ever, are paramount. As you might expect in this sector, the working environment is team-centred and non-stop busy and your ability to prioritise and to meet key client requirements and deadlines is essential.
