 | Our client is seeking a candidate to help build either their Social Care or their Nursing temporary desk and, as a pre-requisite for winning an interview, you must already have worked as a Recruitment Consultant covering a medical desk. As well as recruitment experience, ideally, but not essentially, you will also have worked within the medical industry itself and will therefore have a deep understanding of the qualities, qualifications and compliance issues required. Getting the details right during the recruitment process is most important and it needs you to have a responsible, grown-up attitude to making your placements. In addition, if you also have the ability to source and win new business in Scotland, then this will stand you in very good stead not only for building the desk itself but also for growing your own reputation and resulting career.
