 | Our client has been running an International Accountancy Recruitment division from their Edinburgh and London offices for some years and they are now seeking to expand this service as the market conditions continue to improve. They already have excess Accountancy recruitment opportunities available and wish to build their presence as one of the main players in the International Accountancy sector. The company is looking for candidates who may come from any sector of the recruitment industry, not necessarily with International recruitment experience, but who must be able to demonstrate a proven record of placing candidates at a senior level. You will also be capable of both starting and developing relationships with new clients and then showing the commitment required to see projects through to the end. Personal drive, self motivation, enjoyment of the challenge, seeing solutions and not problems…….all these are qualities that will ensure you make a success of this role. If you are new to international recruitment then you can expect to experience an initial steep learning curve before you get into your stride. However, if you are up for the challenge and prepared to operate slightly out of your comfort zone for a while, then this position should be of real interest. Ultimately, as you build your client and candidate base, this is a highly rewarding role both in terms of job satisfaction and remuneration.
