 | This role has a unique twist for any ambitious consultant keen to specialize in the broader aspects of IT recruitment. Our client provides two complimentary services. Firstly, they specialize in supplying IT specialists both nationally and abroad and secondly, they provide additional IT consultancy services for clients undergoing restructuring and/or relocation. Their clients include some of the largest companies in the world and, with 26 years of consultancy experience under their belt, they are a well respected and well established presence in this market. Their IT recruitment service focuses on delivering both permanent and contract IT staff and, as Consultant, you will gain many leads from your colleagues undertaking the restructuring consultancy part of the business. You will have experience as a Recruitment consultant, ideally in IT Recruitment and you will also be a self motivated individual with the ability not only to win new clients yourself but also to piggy-back on the established IT Consultancy service by networking and sourcing staff. This position would best suit someone who can hold dialogue at a senior level and who has a background within the IT Recruitment sector together with a proven record of business to business sales. Because you will primarily be focusing on the Scottish market you will also ideally have excellent business knowledge of the major players in this area.
