If you prefer your recruitment activity to focus on delivering excellent service then there’s nothing not to like about this role. This is pure candidate delivery with no sales (!) and it is a great opportunity for a recruiter with a minimum of six months experience. Ideally you will have recruited for IT roles but, if you haven’t then my client is happy to consider experience from any other professional sector. This consultancy is already well established in the IT sector and they have a warm desk ready and waiting for you with plenty of roles available for you to fill. If you can start as early as January, great.
This is a candidate driven role and you will need to have the skills and knowledge on how to attract the best candidates for your clients. You will not be micromanaged but will be expected to be self-starting and to provide your own figures on progress on a regular basis. You will certainly not be alone as there is a culture of collaboration within the team and you will have excellent management support when required. Great training and commission and a well defined career path are all on offer too.
