Our client has been established for seven years and are in a strong financial position to grow their IT division. They are on many of the PSL’s within the Banking and Financial Services sectors and are looking for an IT Senior Recruitment Consultant keen to progress up the career ladder. There is an opportunity here to rise beyond Senior Recruiter to a Director’s role in time and if you are already at that level but want to revisit a Senior Recruitment role, then that would be fine too of course.
You will be confident of your networking skills and will have the ability to open doors at a senior level. While most IT roles are currently on a Perm basis, our client is very happy to consider IT recruiters with Contract recruiting experience who are keen to include Perm roles in their portfolio.
Culturally this consultancy is not a kpi driven organization and, at this senior level in particular, it is expected that you will be self-driven in any case. This is an adult working environment where you will be free to manage your time as you prefer. That said, should you need support from the senior management team then that is there for you. Indeed, the Consultancy have a strong teamworking ethic with mutual support as the norm.
The head office is based east of Glasgow on a modern business park and you will need to be able to drive both to your work and to visit clients. Free parking is provided. If the head office location is problematic for you then, for the right person, this company are happy to consider you working from either their Edinburgh or Glasgow city centre offices if you prefer.
