This is a fabulous opportunity for Recruitment Consultants with one to three years recruitment experience from any professional sector. Ideally you will have recruited for Permanent roles however my client is very happy to consider those with only Temp Consultancy experience too. The right attitude will trump the specifics of your recruiting experience every time.
If you live in or close to Stirling and are currently commuting in to Glasgow or Edinburgh, then this role would save you all that burdensome time and cost of the daily commute. Imagine finishing at 5.30pm and think about how much more spare time you would have each week!
You will be given a warm desk and my client will assign you a specific sector according to your depth of knowledge, aptitude and ambition. Attitude is everything though and, first and foremost, you will demonstrate a strong desire to do the best for your candidates and clients. If you focus on the quality of your service and do this well then my client believes that you will naturally generate revenue.

Your clients and candidates are professional people and you need to be able to hold your own in conversation and quickly understand their needs. If you have a degree or HND then this will stand you in good stead for this role. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable mixing with a wide range of people. An entrepreneurial streak and the self-confidence to follow your own leads will also stand you in good stead and a bit of resilience will come in handy for when things don’t always go the way you might want. A driver’s license is also a must please.
