My client has been established in Scotland for the last four years and is enjoying an ever growing demand from clients who clearly like what they do. The time is right for them to open their second Scottish office in Falkirk and they are looking for an experienced Recruiter with managerial experience to help make this happen. Their business is predominantly temp led and you will have a sound background within this area.
If you are the type of person who likes to start something from nothing and who is not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, then this is a great opportunity to make your mark. Ideally you will have recruited within the healthcare sector, i.e. nurses and carers etc. but this is certainly not an essential requirement and our client is keen to interview those from other recruitment sectors as well. What is more important is your attitude, your desire to learn, your resilience and your relish for a challenge. As part of opening a new office in Falkirk you will be introducing yourself to a multiple of existing clients, working to win additional business and then servicing those clients. You will be free to grow your team to fit the business needs and you will certainly not be alone in making this happen. As well as your own team of Recruiters, the head office in Scotland has a great admin team who are ready to deal with compliance issues, temp’s payroll and helping with the phones when you are out and about with your clients.
