Ideally you will have a minimum of six month’s recruitment or resourcing experience and have ambitious career aspirations.
Working alongside one of the senior management team, your role will be to help identify the best candidates for your clients’ needs. Using all the recruitment tools available you will start to build an in-depth knowledge of who’s out there and then identify and approach potential candidates to gauge their interest. You will be keen to service clients but will also enjoy taking ownership of the process of building relationships with clients and candidates alike.

You will be looking for people for roles in, for instance, Mergers and Acquisition, Valuations, Forensics and a range of Consulting and Advisory positions.
