This is a great opportunity for experienced Perm Recruitment Consultants with first-hand knowledge of placing business Change or Technology roles within the financial services sector. This Consultancy currently specializes in placing IT Contract and Perm Change Management roles which include project analysts and project managers etc. With similar opportunities now appearing thick and fast within the financial services sector, they are expanding their permanent desks to service this sector as well. If the opportunity to work one day a week from home appeals, then my client can also offer this flexibility.

Your role will be to look after their existing clients by developing a high level of service and also to be proactive in developing new opportunities both with existing and new clients. It is essential that you have good business acumen as you will be given a high degree of autonomy to manage your own desk and to drive the business forward.  You will have resourcing support as required and a highly proficient Director on hand to help with guidance and mentoring as suitable. You will have a strong work ethic with the drive, ambition and the resilience needed to make a success of these roles.
